All purchases made on Dazzler are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Due to the digital nature of the content offered on the platform and the immediate access granted upon successful subscription or purchase, Dazzler does not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for any paid content, subscriptions, or services.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
All subscriptions on Dazzler are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the next billing date.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to subscribed content will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Billing Issues & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error or experience any billing-related issues, you must contact us at support@dazzler.me before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks, abuse of the refund policy, or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.
