1. 18 U.S.C. §2257 COMPLIANCE

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Dazzler were over the age of 18 at the time the content was produced. Records required under Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are maintained by the appropriate Records Custodian.

2. EXEMPTION STATEMENT — THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Dazzler operators are not the “producers,” as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257, of any third-party content uploaded to the website. All third-party content providers are responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257. Dazzler reserves the right to remove any third-party content deemed indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with site policies and terms of service pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. §230(c).

3. RECORD INSPECTIONS
