This Privacy Policy explains how Dazzler (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you access or use our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

1. AGE RESTRICTION & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Dazzler is a platform strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly provide services to, or collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 18 or anyone using a false or misleading identity.

To comply with age verification, anti-fraud, and lawful content obligations, we may require users to complete identity and age verification through approved third-party verification providers.

By registering for or using Dazzler, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed by such third parties for verification purposes.

We reserve the right to change verification providers at any time without prior notice.

Verification Data

The data shared for verification purposes (“Verification Data”) may include:

  • Full legal name

  • Date of birth

  • Passport or other government-issued identification number

  • Residential address

  • Selfie or liveness photograph

Verification data is processed solely for compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations and is never used for marketing purposes.

2. PAYMENT PROCESSING & FINANCIAL DATA

Dazzler does not process payments directly.

All payments—whether for viewing content or receiving earnings—are handled by independent third-party payment processors.

Dazzler facilitates:

  • Payments by Fans to access Creator content;

  • Payments to Creators from Fans; or

  • Both.

When making or receiving payments, you enter into a separate contractual relationship with the relevant payment provider, who acts as the data controller for your financial information.

Financial Data

Depending on your role and payout method, we may collect or transfer:

  • Legal name

  • Bank account or payout details

  • Transaction references

We do not store full card numbers.

3. CONTENT MODERATION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

To ensure that Dazzler remains lawful, compliant, and reputable:

  • Content may be reviewed, monitored, or moderated;

  • Such moderation may be carried out by vetted third-party service providers.

We conduct due diligence on all moderation partners, as they may process personal data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations. 

4. NO AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Dazzler does not engage in:

  • Automated decision-making, or

  • Profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.

All enforcement actions involve human review.

To create and use an account, you may provide:

Creator Content
Creators may delete content at any time. Content containing identifiable images or footage constitutes personal data.

Other Personal Data

  • Account data is deleted within six (6) months of account closure.

  • Financial records are retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and regulatory obligations, including HMRC requirements. 

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion

  • Restrict processing

  • Object to processing

  • Request data portability

  • Withdraw consent
